* Counseling in adoption decisions

* Post-placement reports for domestic and international adoptions

* Referrals to agencies and licensees for domestic and international adoptions

* Referrals to community and professional support services

* Counseling to birth parents before, during, and after placement

* Assistance with private adoption process for birth parents

* Completion of Safe Home Studies required for domestic and international adoptions in Ontario

* Liaising with adoption agencies, licensees and government

* Provision of PRIDE training in 2008 as required by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services

Fees

* Initial Consultations up to one hour - no charge

* Home Study - $2000.00 plus disboursements

* Home Study Update - $120.00 per hour

* Review of child proposals and report - $120.00

* Post-placement reports - $120.00 per hour

* Birth Parent Counseling - $120.00 per hour (paid by adoptive parents)

* PRIDE training - to be determined

* Mileage - 50 cents per km

* Word processing - $25.00 per hour

* Courier - UPS Rates

* Photocopying - 4 cents per page

* GST and office disbursements on all services are additional
